Meet Our Team
Abby is passionate about nutrition, health and psychology. Her personal and family struggles led her to question popular trends, instilled in us from childhood, about nutritional health, weight-loss diets, and body image. These experiences and wanting to give her children a healthy start to life, were key to developing goEvo’s mission: to help us make better choices about food, exercise and wellbeing by challenging false ideas and improving our knowledge and confidence to change our behavior.
Amin loves building great teams and solving big problems. He believes we need to look beyond the hype and across different cultures, old and new, to find the best ways to make us healthier and happier. He holds a BSc from the LSE and an MA in Diplomacy from the University of London School of Oriental and African Studies.
Dr Monica Cain
Dr Monica is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist accredited with the British Psychological Society. She specializes in eating disorders, anxiety and depression. She holds a professional doctorate in Counselling Psychology and has over 10 years experience working in the private and public sectors, facilitating group and individual therapy. She is passionate about using technology to help a wider group of people.
Master Ridha Lhiba
Wellbeing and Martial Arts Consultant
Master Ridha is a source of great inspiration and learning on mind and body control, well-being and the martial arts. He became a Sifu (Master of Wing Chun Kung Fu) in 2008, having studied under a 2nd generation disciple of Grandmaster Ip Man. Teaching through groups and personalised programs in the French Riviera region, he enables his students to live happier and more fulfilling lives.
Nutrition and Fitness Consultant
Jenny provides nutritional advice and plans, personal and group training to clients on the French Riviera, globally, and Online. Her mission is to drive sustainable weight loss for her clients. She compliments functional training with practical education in areas such as shopping, food and understanding nutritional labels. Her belief is ‘knowledge is power’ and empowering clients in ‘why’ to do something. Jenny holds professional qualifications in nutrition and fitness.
Ryan is a Certified Personal Trainer. He educates, motivates and inspires his clients to help them lead healthier lives. He currently works with clients in the South East of England, providing training and nutritional advice. He studied Sports Science at Brunel University and has a certificate in designing pre and post-natal exercise programs. Early in his career, he provided strength and conditioning services at Leyton Orient Football Club.
Lisa is a Personal Trainer and fitness expert with 14 years of experience. She has specialist training in Kettlebells, Metabolic Effect, High Intensity Interval & Resistance Training (HIIT & HIRT). She helps clients lose excess fat and gain strength. She is also qualified as a Brainfit Workout Coach, using movement, music and meditation to reduce stress, which is a major factor causing health problems and diseases such as obesity.
