Dieting and cutting out entire food groups to lose excess fat is like walking the wrong way up a never ending escalator. It doesn’t work in the long run and leads to all kinds of other problems.

At some point you won’t be able to keep climbing so you’ll have to stop. That’s when the escalator starts bringing you back to where you started. And because it’s never ending, chances are you are going to go even further behind where you started. It’s exhausting and frustrating!

Physical problems aside, all that endless climbing up the wrong way means we don’t have time to enjoy life. All we are thinking about is the escalator!

Anyone can learn to step off the never ending wrong way escalator and take the stairs.
